Rooftop Terrace

The roof deck is a communal area for all of the building. The area is generally used for informal lunch and meetings. It may also be reserved for private functions. The roof deck features a BBQ, outdoor seating, and planting, as well as sweeping views across Surry Hills to the Sydney CBD.

Shaffa

The lower ground floor of the presbytery building houses a Middle Eastern restaurant & bar named Shaffa. The restaurant has open seating in an atrium style courtyard. Shaffa is generally open for dinner as well as lunches on Friday-Sunday. The venue fit-out showcases the unique existing heritage materiality such as exposed brickwork and original sandstone walls. This existing material palette is contrasted to new cobblestone flooring and contemporary black metalwork. The courtyard if filled with lush greenery making a perfect spot for friday lunchbreaks or casual client meetings. The space connects both the church and presbytery building, and provides the offices with natural sunlight and beautifully landscaped views. A glass roof covers the courtyard, allowing the entire space to be used year-round.

The building includes end of journey showers for use by all staff in the building, controlled by security access
